This USACE project performed for the VA involved providing parking lot resurfacing, lighting upgrades, and landscaping maintenance/upgrades to the Audie L. Murphy VA Hospital in San Antonio, TX. The major aspects of the work include milling/overlaying of the main hospital parking lot, new wheel stops and parking lot striping, installation of new light poles and light bollards, removal of existing concrete islands, maintenance of landscaping, regrading the ADA lot to meet ADA standards, concrete retaining wall, irrigation improvements, and concrete curb/gutter repairs.
