About the Project

This USACE project involved furnishing all plant, labor, materials and equipment, and constructing one box culvert grade control structure and one reinforced concrete pipe culvert grade control structure in Tate County, Mississippi. The main features of work included clearing and grubbing, excavation, fill, removal of existing concrete bridge, removal of existing corrugated metal pipes, relocation of existing ditches, control of water, precast concrete box culverts, reinforced concrete pipe culverts, cast-in-place concrete inlet and outlet structures, backfill, engineering fabric, filter stone, stone protection, granular base course, hot bituminous pavement, pavement markings, corrugated metal pipes, erosion control matting, and two riser pipe structures.
