This FHWA project involved rehabilitation and resurfacing of roads and parking areas, replacing culverts and water control structures, construction of wingwalls and pads for the water control structures, roadway excavation and grading, placement of riprap – classes 1 and 3, placement of articulated concrete block, revet mattress installation, protection of the public, clearing, and turf establishment.
