Olin E. Teague VA Hospital – Replace Streets – Temple

About the Project

This USACE project performed for the VA involved providing street repairs, upgrading storm sewers, and repairing curb/gutter to the Olin E. Teague VA Hospital in Temple, TX. Randy Kinder Excavating, Inc. was the managing member of a design-build joint venture that formed for this MATOC. The major aspects of the work include milling/overlaying of the facilities main streets, concrete paving of the major entrances, major traffic control features for the facility and also the 290 spur in front of the facility, striping, storm drain upgrades (pipe and structures), preparing existing subgrade for new pavement, maintenance of landscaping, and concrete curb/gutter repairs.
